Create a database to register all persons who have tested positive for sexually transmitted diseases to register in.

With sexually transmitted diseases on the increase(especially among the young) the need for legislation deterring individuals who would hide and not disclose a communicable disease prior to sexual relations is apparent. Sexually transmitted diseases that are curable can have the individual removed once tests prove negative results.This database should be made available to the public much like the sex offender database.
