We, the undersigned, take the economic well being of our citizens very seriously. We do our share and expect no less from the people we place in positions to represent OUR interests.
With that we expect everyone to do the same. Over and over the minimum wage bill has come up and our representatives have voted it down. Our country's economic inequality is now affecting lives is horrific ways. The well being of our families are at stake and Washington is using our ability to take care of our families as a bargaining chip.
We, in signing this petition, are "voting down" any cost of living increase for any representative until we, the people, are provided with our own.
