Create defined laws regarding placement of children with biological family members.

Created by P.T. on May 03, 2013

Sometimes things happen to parents. When we have parents who are not able to care for their own children and facing the risk of child placement, they should be given the opportunity to identify and come together with their biological family members to plan for and provide safety, care, nurture, and supervision for their children.

Children do not have to end up in foster care, especially if other concerned relatives want to step forward.

Children should only be placed out of the home, in foster care or adopted out when there is no family members available to care for the children.
