Create DEMAND for goods and services to create JOBS:

1. GIVE wealthy people and corporations INCENTIVES to manufacture in the United States.
This is not “loop holes” or “tax breaks” that are not proportional to social benefit.
This is a leash and a control system with details to be determined based on social benefit.
2. GIVE wealthy people and corporations TAX PENALTIES to build or buy elsewhere.
No more tax havens and no more encouragement to outsource or build plants in CHINA.
Encourage CHINA and others to build and manufacture in the USA.
3. Offset our IMPORTS by a requirement on CHINA and others to IMPORT from the UNITED STATES at a level that is equivalent OR pay DUTY for the differential.
