Within every state within our United States we have laws which are frivolous and often unconstitutional. We need a department, administration, or other group to look through all of our laws in every State and City to find those which are meaningless, dangerous, or unconstitutional.
As an example, in my hometown of Tucson it is against the law for women to wear pants. It is also required policy that anyone exiled be given a horse and a sack of gold.
These laws, although funny and a mark of our history, are distractions from the courts.
As citizens, we are expected to have every law known in our hearts and to follow them. "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse." If ignorance is not an excuse, then must we also heed each of these frivolous laws as well?
