If Rep. Steve King is to be believed there is a serious risk of fraud coming in the near future due to "faking" gay people. Thus President Obama should create the Department of Homosexual Affairs and nominate as its first secretary Rep. Steve King. His first task would be to set up a federal panel to independently determine the claims to "gayness" in court cases across the country insuring Rep. Steve King would be spending a lot of time with gay people away from Washington.
