Local Law Enforcement Departments across the country are running wild without any oversight from Federal Government. Civil Rights, Federal Laws, and Basic Human rights are being violated daily, these activities take place daily and are many times not reported.
Prison Cells to minimal police traffic stops turn in to aggressive, nasty, and often unpleasant experiences for American Citizens. If these experiences occurred on Foreign soil, the DOJ (Department of Justice/ United Nations and US Embassy would be notified)
FBI isn't capable of managing this task, we need a specific oversight department under DHS that ensures that ALL local, country and state law enforcement follow federal code of conduct for all citizens and protect our federally protected rights/hold local depts accountable.
