Create a Department of Men's Health, just like there is a Department of Women's Health

Create a Department of Men's Health to not only focus on Men's Mortality being approximately 5 to 8 years greater than women's, but also to have as a focus why Male Infant Mortality rates are substantially higher than female's.
The intent of this is to not set back any gains in Women's Heath. This is to ensure that there is not a disparity of the sexes which could contribute to a societal strain on the United States and the World.
No child should be penalized 5 to 8 years after they are simply born.
