Currently, each individual state issues its own Department of Veterans’ Affairs hunting, fishing, and camping I.D. card. This card is only for its own state residents. Each varies from a partial to full discount. Some offer the card to 100% disabled veterans only, while others require that you only be honorably discharged. I propose that the White House change this and create a card that is valid in all 50 states, to all the men and women that have served this great country.
