Create a Designated Driver Program in Every State. Where a person can call from anywhere and get a free ride home

Created by A.S. on February 12, 2013

In the United States, and in the world, it is clear that there is a drunk driving problem. It is the civic duty of the government to create a safe environment for the people of the country. People make poor decisions, especially when it comes to alcohol.
Many states and college campuses have instituted a Designated Driver program where if someone is to intoxicated to drive home, they can make a simple call, and they can be picked up, and driven home for $10 dollars, or some most cases free of charge.
It is a clear choice that no rational person would want drunk drivers on the road, and that this program should be instituted in every state, available 24/7.
