Create a Designated Territory within the U.S. for those wanting to Secede so they can peacefully be removed!

Since there are many within each state petitioning to secede from our government, they should not be allowed to affect those in the same state that think they are crazy. Maybe we should allow them to secede, and treat them fairly. We should set up a designated area for them to call a country like the state of Texas, and let them peacefully move in and create a government. It shall not have any help from the United States or surrounding countries for aid including that of natural disaster. Since the popular vote states that President Obama keeps office and most in the country agree, the states should not be penalized for some that choose to not be a part of this great nation.
