The White House should commission a technology company to build a system by which the people of the United States could offer opinions on individual issues of the time. It should be one in which each person would log in and enter their vote at any particular time. If in the future, said individual changes his or her mind they would be able to log in and change their vote. This system would allow for a pulse of the people. A precursor to a "True Democracy" and the eventual elimination of the Congress.
