Create a division in the FDA to regulate vitamin/herbal supplements. (just trying to help Sir.)

Mr President, I believe creating a plan to expand the FDA, will be beneficial. If we can add another branch to the FDA that would regulate supplements. The will not only create jobs in science technology math it will also create educational opportunities extra positions within pharmacies and most importantly it will help protect the American public. I understand if you guys would like to take the idea and run with it that's fine with me. however I wish I could help initiate the process, or rather help write the policies as a psuedo intern, I am not sure if that is even allowed.
