We need a law, that requires a DNA sample taken at birth, and your Fingerprints taken when you register to vote or get your driver's license, and put into a database. This will help with crimes all across the nation. Instead of playing the guessing game, police will already have access to your DNA, and Fingerprints, cutting down on the time it takes to solve a case. This will also cut down on the number of innocent people being sent to prison, making it cheaper on the country as a whole. Doing this, will cut down on the resources needed for investigations, as well as it's monetary cost, and time consumption. A case that would normally take months to solve, could be completed in a matter of days, if not sooner. This would be a great thing to help protect this countries citizens.
