Create an Educated Voter Federal Law to prevent the abuse of free for all voting based on age, race, gender and religion

Created by J.E. on November 15, 2012

Create a Federal Law to prevent the abuse of free for all voting.

Allow all to vote but put in place a random 10 question multiple choice quiz. Questions should be selected by the person running for elected office and represents what that person stands for. The person selected by the voter recieves 2 attempts to pass this quiz and if they fail twice the vote is not be counted.

This will help prevent people from voting simply on age, sex, race or religion and also help prevent citizens in trusted postitions caring for the mentally handicap from using those unfortunate people's right to vote as their own.

You would not pick a complete stranger to watch your children so why would you vote for a politician to speak on your behalf not knowing anything about them? Protect America's future.
