Create education and job assistance programs for highschool dropouts

I feel there is no hope for my education and future now that I dropped out of high school. (http://highdeas.com/hd/Letter_to_the_presidant)

But I think the government needs to establish a program to specifically help high school dropouts like myself who can't afford to go back to school. I used to go to a great school but I was kicked out because of attendance even though I passed most of my classes, some of them I just couldn't do. Sitting in a room for an hour an a 1/2 silently reading a book and re writing the information in a notebook is not the way i learn, but that's how some teachers teach. I know that I'm not the only one who feels this way I'm sure and I think there should be a more direct training school for people to be able to train for a job they want
