Create a education program to teach students about their rights, mainly employment discrimination.

89,385 Employment Discrimination charges have been filed in the year 2015. 34.7% of these files have to do with racial discrimination (Charge Statistics). Racial Employment Discrimination affects millions of people everyday and it needs to stop. We can make a change by teaching High School Students about their rights and Employment Discrimination, especially for minorities. Kids won’t know their rights if we don’t teach them, and us citizens of the United States need to make a change and teach Students in school to teach them their rights.
