Create education requirements that ensure students receive a truly multicultural education.

The education system guarantees students the right to obtain an education that includes information about those that make up the United States. Currently, students are learning about cultures that are not necessarily representative of their own culture/s. Students have the right to learn about their cultures in several ways. Students feel as though they don't know the true history of their cultures(ethnicity, geographic location, language, sexuality, etc.) and they have a right to become truly educated. As a parent and future educator, it is my hope that as a nation, we can educate the students to create a more informed population.
