Create effective mental healthcare across the Nation administered by each state.

Fallowing the tragic events that occured in Newtown, CT as a nation we must have comprehensive mental healthcare for its citizens. The football player that killed the mother of his child, the shooter at the mall in Portland, OR all have mental illnesses. This is not a gun control issue at all, we would be better off providing mental health services to our citizens to prevent tragedies like this from happening. Please Mr. President don't give into the pressure of anti gun lobbyist, please spend our tax money on mental health because prisons are not the answer. Thank you.
