Create an election board in each state to re-align the election districts to be more representative.

Created by A.P. on May 15, 2015

To prevent gerrymandering and to make our elections more fair, each state should form an impartial election commission to reform congressional districts that are not formed to give an advantage for one party. The commission should be made of 3 members each of the two parties that lead in the last election and 3 non partisan members (9 members total).
