Our unprecedented government intervention (GMX Procedures - 2012 Protocol) requires the best that Government can be, and although emergency decisions are to be made for the welfare of our national reality, we think essential for the population to elect at least 65% of council numbers, via new ways of online voting that provide for The People to choose whoever they consider appropriate for these noble tasks, as well as a simple system able to add up similar choices and display them as results. Many council members will have to be chosen in concordance with emergency protocol status, however this should not impair the citizen to have a direct say in the structuring of such important and influential entities such as The 7 Councils.
