In case of a failure of the economy I suggest that a plan be created to keep civilization from collapsing. I would suggest that the plan would involve people to keep working even though they wont be getting paid. Food and water regulations would need to be made and a state of Marshall law declared. Every thing would become free until the economy is rebooted as long as everyone did what they usually do on a normal work day. This way we don't start from the stone age.
