For over 40 years we have heard presidents promise to make us energy independent. I suggest the following:
1) Lift oil drilling bans; cap the time the EPA has to block new drilling; build new refineries
2) Create a real climate to produce alternative energy within the private sector
3) Rebuild the energy grid
This will create jobs, stimulate the economy and make the US strong.
