Create an energy policy for the U.S. Government to have as much as possible, L.E.D lighting all Government facilitys.

LED lighting uses only 10 percent of it`s power to creat heat. 90 percent is used for lighting. Conversly, common light bulbs use 90 percent of it`s power for heat and only 10 percent for lighting. As a side benefit, LED`s last for thousands of hours.
