Create & Enforce an Age Restricted Rating system for concerts (same as movies). For example - Miley Cyrus would be NC-17

The movie rating system was created to help guide parents to have an understanding of the content in movies for minors. This is needed for concerts as well! A 10 year old child who goes to a concert with explicit language and heavy sexual content will be psychologically damaged from the exposure. Parents should understand the extent of the content before deciding whether or not their minors should attend a concert. In the case of a HIGH level of content, there should be enforced age restrictions! We don't allow minors in the USA to view pornography for a reason! Therefore, an association charged with rating concerts should be created to give ratings that will help give consumers the protection of knowing the content of the event prior to sending their children.
