Currently, the Public System that is funded by our tax dollars is failing to provide minimum Anti Bullying Health and Safety for our Youth. We advocate and support all Public Schools to adopt and ensure the National PTA's Anti Bullying Program, which is already in existence. This is a complete and comprehensive program that identifies: Incident Reporting, Incident Notifications to all parties involved, Notifications to parents, Unbiased Investigations, Incident Analysis, and Ensuring Student Discipline as mandated. All documentation would be maintained by the School District, and all reports would be sent to the State Department of Education for Analysis and Future Mitigation Plans. This entire process should be transparent and enforced with the assistance of the Local School PTA's.
