The discrimination in the work force hurts everyone.
All women and men should get equal pay in all the States of America.
Men are not paid less for having a family and spending time with their children. Women should not have to suffer inefficient pay for the possibility of having a family or getting married.Men do not get less pay due to the possibility of getting married and having children.
Not only does the unequal pay hurt women, it hurts men as well. Both men and women look after their children and either parent may choose to stay with their children. Work should come with equal pay.
