It is time that the United States had an Equal Rights Amendment that mandates that all born persons regardless of gender or sexual orientation is considered under the eyes of the law. This amendment should include language that forbids employment discrimination. Also it should include language that mandates equal pay for equal work. All of us should have equal rights.
