This petition is for the requirement that those wishing to qualify to campaign for or be appointed to Federal or State office be tested to determine if or what their social biases, if any, are. Any candidate for a position to represent constituents or issue judgements in any court of law or carry out the law, must be bias free.
We are very interested in candidates and appointees who support equality in race, gender, age, religion, income, education, etc. Test results to be verified by polygraph. All test results to be considered public domain and available to the public via print and virtual media.
Persons currently elected or appointed must pass said testing immediately or be replaced by those that do pass.
