Create Equity for the good fathers of America by instituting fair child support regulations.

There are good fathers out there doing the best that they can for their children. Courts are geared to favor the mother regardless of how impartial they are supposed to be. I myself am a former Army Officer with multiple deployments. I was injured in combat and honorably discharged and am still a productive member of society. I work for the DoD as a contractor and support my daughter from my first marriage dutifully. My ex-wife who is 5 years older than me (I am 31) still lives at home and works part-time.
Child support is calculated using Gross income from the payer and is not taxed when paid to the payee. I currently struggle making ends meeting because of this. Almost 25% of my pay goes to child support because my income takes almost 90% of my income combined with my Ex-wife's.
