We the people of the United States of America believe that bail from jail should be changed to a percentage of the imprisoned persons income. A celebrity can pay a 2,500 bail an not see a set on their income when someone in poverty can not afford that. So does that mean it is alright for a celebrity yo break the law but a poor man can not? It would be fair if it were a percentage of income so everyone feels the same effects.
