For too long, our country has been divided by the issues. Both sides taking extreme measures to push their own agendas. There needs to be a time of peace however, to stem the possible violence between these arguing groups.
My solution is simple. A modest concert, with one performance in particular.
Carl weathers, the actor from such films as Rocky, and Predator, showcased a talent in the movie "Happy Gilmore".The scene in which he sings a verse from The Carpenters song named "we've only just begun" is surprising in how he unexpectedly soothes the tone of the movie, simply by showing us a talent that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
Lets throw a concert of peace and Have Carl Weathers perform "we've only just begun" in its entirety.
And for a short while, let there be peace.
