Create an Executive, Legislative and Judicial "Standards of Public Performance" for the three branches of Government.

Created by E.D. on January 09, 2013

A "Standard of Public Performance" amendment to the Constitution would be crafted to ensure that public officials in all three branches of US Government would be held to strict performance standards, or if found not meeting those standards, would be removed from office, just as Federal Civil Service workers, public sector workers and even union laborers are currently.

These standards would require that all branches of Government would be held to the same laws and regulations as all other Americans are: Slander and Libel laws would apply to the three branches, performance appraisals would be based on a 'So what?' default, and those who do not perform or produce are removed in the interest of the health of the Country.

I have a draft to share, which could begin the discussion.
