We the people of the United States request that President Obama enact an Executive Order that forbids Congress and or government agencies from being exempt from the laws that are enacted by Congress. American citizens are law abiding people with a government made up "by the people, for the people", there for that government should live and follow the same rules as the citizenry. No man is above the law and should be exempt from any law passed by Congress.
