Create an executive order to cap all federal salaries at $150,000 with no cost of living increase. Also mandate that congress only has a maximum of 4 weeks off, plus federal holidays, instead of the 16 scheduled per year. This would force Congress to work together and actually do what is necessary to resolve the problems facing America. This would also cut excessive pay and put money back into the federal budget.
