Create an Executive Order For the Creation of A Memorial Demonstration Safe Zone

Funerals and Memorial Services are Sacred Places for the families and communities involved. While the 1st Amendment protects groups like the Westboro Baptist Church right to free speech it should not allow them to protest at a Funeral or Memorial Service WITHOUT the Families permission. The Westboro Baptist Church now plans to picket the funerals of the Fallen 19 Yarnell FireFighters. By Executive Order The President can establish that No Organization over group over 3 people may hold a demonstration within 500 yards of a memorial or funeral service unless they first obtain permission of the family of the deceased. The only exception would be if the group met on PRIVATE property Not on Public Property or a right of way such as road, sidewalk, or other location
