We the people are asking the Obama administration to help the welfare of the general public by making an executive order for Lady Gaga to release new music no later than "soon". We ask for a steady release process that will not compromise the quality of the music but that will satisfy the needs of the current state of the union. The withholding of music for the last 14 months has created a sense of urgency and "thirst" among the general public.
