We demand that the President sign an executive order banning law enforcement from conducting driver license/vehicle safety inspection/sobriety checkpoints. Such checkpoints are searches and detentions done without probable cause or warrant, and are therefore unconstitutional under the 4th and 14th amendments. We demand that the administration stop this oppression of the people, reverse this loss of liberty, and protect the people's constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and detentions.
