Insurance companies require some workplaces to inflict random urinalysis testing on workers. This type of testing goes back well beyond the work hours the employee is on site. Looking into a worker's history while in the privacy of their own home is an invasion of that worker's privacy. With many states legalizing marijuana this is the next step. There are other types of testing that can determine if the worker is currently intoxicated without going into their personal history. End this invasion of privacy.
