Constitutionally, The Voting Rights Act, on its' face, violates the FOURTEENTH Amendment. Equal protection should mean that ALL states have equal voting laws for national elections...
While many of my progressive kin, and cohort, may disagree; this was a good decision.. NOT ON ITS' ARGUMENTS; but, that it defined some as "X" while others "Y"... NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
By finding the application of the VRA as unacceptable while finding its tenants Constitutional, we have a unique opportunity....
We have a Congressional LAW without application, under the law... This is what EXECUTIVE ORDERS WERE DEFINED FOR.....
Therefore; MR. PRESIDENT, I (WE) request that you apply section FIVE of the VRA to all states pending Congressional re-evaluation; per, JUDICIAL ORDER!!!!
