Taking in consideration internet customers needs, their attitudes, habits, feelings, values, norms, interactions, supportiveness, satisfaction, data protection and security with the target to delete cyber crime and cyber fraudulent activities on internet there should be a strong commitment of a public sector, and not only, to create an environment using the whole approach of science, law and law enforcement agencies, information technologies and intelligence to create an extremely safe environment for internet users on each step what'll be applied internationally in a cyber world.
