bring about an age old law that should have never been forgotten...taxpayers pay to keep these offenders in jail when they could more cheaply spend on a method of "getting rid of" such a person that would commit such a heinous act! if they murder someone they should pay with their life, if they rape someone then they should not have the right to live under taxpayers funded institutions, and if someone sexually assaults a minor, they should also pay with their life...these three laws to be inforced would help taxpayers as well as communities live more peacefully, maybe by the fact of being caught in the act of one of those 3 laws they would reconsider attempting such an act. of course it would be necessary to have these crimes be proven in facts and evidence in a court of law
