Creating a flat 15% tax rate accross the board for people who make over $15,000. No deductions will apply. No tax on under $15,000. No need to file tax forms thus saving the government the expense of the IRS. Add time limits on able bodied citizens who are drawing intitlements that do not have a job. Leave the Hadicap and Elderly alone. This has been abused for so long and no government agency does anything.
