Create a Fair and simple tax code

Create a flat tax, where everyone and all companies paying the same percentage, every perk / benefit would be counted as income, and absolute no deductions. If a company moves out of the country to avoid paying their fair share of taxes, then cut all of their government contracts and raise the tariff on all of their goods.
Make our taxes simple, and we could cut thousands of government jobs at the IRS. The corporations and the wealthy could save the thousands that they spend on accounts and tax layers, to get them out of paying taxes.
