Create a fair consumer cable television market requiring Cable and Media Companies to price services fairly.

A call for the Executive and Legislative branches to present legislation that protects consumers from unfair pricing and restriction of services from Cable and Media providers. For past few years with technology growing at an alarming rate companies are now restricting consumers from viewing content and forcing them to pay for service they don't wish to subscribe to. I ask for Congress and the President to create legislation to create a content bill of rights that protects consumer rights and require the Cable and Media industry to find a way to bring content cheaper to consumers. If a law like this were pass piracy and fraud would be reduced while innovation and revenue would go up.
