Create a fair policy for people with CORI S and not allow the Commissioner of DYS to have sole discretion on hiring.

Many qualified individuals get unfairly passed over or discriminated against.Because of what a CORI report say without given a fair opportunity to dispute what the report says.When those in power are given evidence proven other wise many family heads are still forced out of positions they qualify for.Sole discretion should be left to one person when it comes to such serious matters.In several situations such are matters are decided on opinion and not fact.There should be a platform where potential employees should be give a fair hearing if there is an issue with there CORI and if the are able to prove their case should be compensated for time and monetary loses
