to end manipulation of our representative system by entering every "net taxpaying" citizens SS# into a national lottery to serve one term as a senator/congressman. all recipients recieve the same benefits as current reps but can only serve one term. this would create a true representation of tax paying citizens and help to prevent lobbyists/special interests/corporations/media from influencing/corrupting our system of "for the people, by the people".
