Create a fair tax situation for small businesses so they pay an equal percentage as compared to multi national companies

This petition is to create laws for fair and equal taxation of small and medium sized businesses trading within the boarders of the USA. Equal to the large multi national corporations.
This is to ensure that your local family owned business that creates jobs and contributes to the local and national economy does not pay a higher percentage in federal taxes than any large multinational corporation.
Close the tax loopholes that allow trade handled within the United States to be written off and shipped out of the country as a tax break. If it happens within our boarders it is fully taxed by the US government.
No small business should be required to pay a higher percentage of their profits than a billion plus dollar corporation due to IRS tax laws and loopholes.
