Create a Fairness in religion ACT. prohibiting ALL displays of Religious ACTIVITIES on PUBLIC LAND. except by permits.

This is to block all activities done in a religious manner on public land, this will help to avoid conflict between two religions. Furthermore recognize that ALL religions are equal and responsible to all judicial laws.
Insure the PROTECTION of ALL OFFENDING displays that are NOT on public lands like nativity scene,Crosses,Flags, headstones...
Allow for access to all PUBLIC LAND while any daily weekly services are conducted. including streets parking lots and sidewalks and public parks.
And finally block any religious law from being enforced by any public servant.
