Create farm aide for the small family owned farms and reduce the corporate farm subsides that are paid not to grow crops

It is time to create a "Family Farm Aide Bill" that aides 87% of the farmers that are small family owned farms that only produce 13% of the nations food, while corporate federally aided farms that are 13% of the nation's farms produce 87% of the nation's crops, due to federal subsides, that sometimes pay the corporate farms to not produce a crop! In addition the country was built on the blue collar worker, the small farmer, that now are researching organic produce without pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides that affect the entire food chain with man being the end result of poining and contaninating our food supply with chemicals due to "mass production" by the big corporate farms. Help natural organic and intellignet small farmers regain their place!
